Jane Desmond - Managing Director

As a financial advisor of American Portfolios Financial Services, Jane holds her FINRA Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65 Licenses, FINRA Series 24 principal's license, as well as a Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Insurance License. She is also a manager to fifteen seasoned planners who are part of her New York City Branch. Jane has established and maintained close, trusting relationships with her clients. Her practice is supported by American Portfolios' technologically strong foundation.

Jane received her BA at Adelphi University in Garden City, NY in 1975. She later pursued her MBA at Adelphi in 1994. Jane has served on the Board of Directors of the Italian Welfare League as Treasurer and Vice President. She is currently a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW). She is a resident of Manhattan and East Hampton. Jane loves to travel worldwide to explore different cultures, architecture, and history. She is also an avid photographer.
